The item works fine, however there is no information on how long the item needs to be charged for the first time or anytime thereafter. The red light went on which indicated it was charging. However, after 24 hours the red light was still on. I guess it was charged. I guess that the light is not supposed to go out. How long is that charge good for? Do you have to wait for the charge to be all used up before recharging? Or will that harm the item?
It seems to me it makes sense to have instructions as to the above instead of guessing.

This is the best toy that my husband every bought me, before he went on deployment. The rechargeable aspect is fantastic, though now after 3+ years of use I need to replace it as it is loosing power.
You should keep it plugged in whenever it's not being used because it will loose it's charge over time.

My husband purchased this for me for my birthday and let me say that it is the gift that keeps on giving! I love it. I use it as a "personal" massager and compared to other massagers of the same type, this works better. I especially like the high setting. (It is noisy on high.) I have never felt it heat up as it claims to do but that is not why I wanted it.

Let me start by saying that I am a 28 year old woman who has never had an orgasm. I saw this product on Oprah and was convinced other products could do the job. I tried other toys and was unsuccessful. After the hoopla over the Aphrodite died down I decided to make the purchase. After all, Dr. Berman herself calls it "the sure thing." Ladies, let me tell you she isn't lying!
I've read the other reviews on here and must say there is some truth in the negativity. It is rather large and can be loud (especially on high). There were no directions/ diagrams included as it says on the side of the box. However, I bought this product to achieve orgasm for the first time and it did its job perfectly.
